St Albans Arts Team's remit is to make art accessible to all within the City & District of St Albans.  They deliver projects to those isolated, marginalised communities, disability groups and those with poor mental health, as well as delivering events. This project was proposed and funded along with:

1. A mosaic for outside the Station working with Fleetville Infants School and The Daylight Club, a social disability group.

2. A textile mural for one of the station's platforms created by The Muslimah’s, a local Muslim women’s group.


  
Creative empathy is owned and operated by  Pete Stevens. who has over 35 years' experience providing photography for individuals, educational institutions, charities, businesses and the world media.

  

The Signal Box Trust
was established by volunteers to restore and preserve the St Albans South signal box (Grade II listed) It opens twenty five titimes a year to the public for signalling demonstrations, hands-on displays, railway history, garden railway and family days out.
